Video Contest “90 seconds” : call for entries

4 April 2015. Published by Benoît Labourdette.

Contest 90 second films tell the story and the sensitivity of the city of Le Havre (France).

“Movie Le Havre Association” of which I am a member, organized for the first year of a contest of 90 second films on the subject of the city of Le Havre. Rather, it is a collection of sensory impressions as “movies” in the academic sense of the term, like the very first films, the films of the Lumière brothers in 1895, which were simple wonders of the new ability to record the real, to register memory, to participate in a much larger project : adding poetry to reality.

This contest is open to all, it is not necessary to live in Le Havre ! The deadline for submission of films is September 30, 2015. The selected films will be distributed fairly broadly in cinemas in the particular region. All the details in the above PDF document.
