Commissioned by the Communication Department of the Val-de-Marne Departmental Council to stimulate debate and awareness.

Writing the script collaboratively.
Technique of realization in cut-out paper animation: thus facility of update and modifications, for adaptation of the speech in a precise way, while remaining in a very framed budget.
