Presentation text

The first confinement suffered by civil society in France in 2020, then the restrictions of freedom that followed, in general and in particular in the field of cultural actions, led many actors in the field of cinema to innovate in their practices, in order to “make do”, in a state of law that has changed in nature. The purpose of this meeting is not to debate the relevance of political decisions, but to formalize in common concrete constructive inspirations from a relevant choice of cultural innovations. We hope to co-construct tracks for the implementation of cinematic cultural projects that are antifragile in Pandemic.
