Accompaniment in the collection of media and their editorialization, then realization of the web page of the “deliverable” of the third edition of the biennial of the participative creation organized by the Théâtre de la Poudrerie of Sevran.
After participating in the facilitation of the biennial’s restitution morning on October 15, 2022, I worked with the Théâtre de la Poudrerie team, over a period of several months, to independently collect and organize all the media produced as part of the biennial: videos directed by Fabien Luszezyszyn, photographs, surveys, texts, audios...
To do this, I set up a “cloud” system managed by myself, on my own computer server, in which the team could create folders and upload files, to gather and organize all the media in one place. The media is thus directly accessible to us, I manage its backup, and it constitutes a real archive (not hosted in various services of American multinationals...).
From this concrete base of media, I then cut the video recording of the meeting into 17 parts, then created the page into which I inserted the videos, their titles, the texts, and all the notes I had taken publicly during the meeting. The texts were written by the Théâtre de la Poudrerie team. We structured the content as we went along, going back and forth. Thanks to the shared digital tool, the work was able to mature over several months, to become a clear and easy-to-use interactive object, a living archive.
The content and videos are not hosted on a third-party service, but on my server, and we manage their backup, to create a genuine archive.
The Rencontres de la création participative biennial has been organized since 2018 in partnership with l’observatoire des politiques culturelles. For the first biennial, the deliverable was a simple, academic-type document. For the second biennial, it was participative, with no written trace. For this third biennial, I was asked to accompany the creation of this perennial, public multimedia deliverable.
In practical terms, the page is simply “embedded” in a web page on the Théâtre de la Poudrerie site, into which it is seamlessly integrated. So it didn’t require any technical work on the theater’s website, in order to benefit from advanced multimedia content. On the other hand, I did integrate the graphic charter of the theater’s website into the deliverable page, so that the two would connect in a fluid and graphically coherent way.

Thanks to this rich new resource, useful for cultural professionals, Théâtre de la Poudrerie will be able to communicate and share.
For the next biennial, we’d like to go even further in terms of citizen participation and appropriation of these traces. For example, we plan to set up a digital collaborative writing tool, such as I’ve been developing for several years.
This work was carried out in close, trusting collaboration over the long term with Valérie Suner, director of the Théâtre de la Poudrerie, Chloé Bonjean, head of public relations, emmanuel vergès, co-director of the observatoire des politiques culturelles and Lisa Pignot, head of publications.
