These lectures examine the relationship between the worlds of film and video games. Parallel histories, crossings, reciprocal inspirations and hybridizations between cinema and video games, from Tron to machinimas through Elephant, Casino Royale and Paranormal Activity.
Lectures given in March 2011 at the Orleans School of Fine Arts. These three montages summarize these lectures of one hour and a half each. They were made by Marie Croze, who also supervised this project.
