The Swiss Foundation at the Cité Universitaire in Paris (France), proposes, run by students, regular screenings of films.
February 12, 2015 meeting devoted to the decade of the Mobile Film Festival, that I presented with Patrizia De Lauretis, organizer.
Program
- Screening of the winning films of the Mobile Film Festival in 2015.
- Screening of American Football directed by Morgan Simon (2011), thanks to the 2011 price of Mobile Film Festival.
- Debate with Morgan Simon and actor Nathan Willcocks.
- Creation of a collective film.
The collective film
Morgan Simon and Nathan Willcocks had, during the debate, opened with great accuracy on the work of the actor, the importance of repetition, the work of the unconscious, the staging of the impalpable. The film American Football showcases a lot of tattoos. I did not want to force me to anything, but it became evident to me at one point, with this concentrated audience of students from all countries, that I would propose the creation of a collective film in which each create on his skin a temporary tattoo, and say a sentence above. There was a piano in the room, Nathan Willcocks passing, proposed to play for the film.
