On 16 October 2026, within the “Educating the eye: images, media, information” course run by Images en bibliothèques, we lead a half-day module on artificial intelligence in film-education workshops, for a dozen librarians from all over France. The stance of this edition: start by making — each trainee produces a short film with AI on their smartphone, from synopsis to editing — and discuss afterwards, the lived experience becoming the material of critical reflection.
