On 1 July 2026, at Le Rize in Villeurbanne, Benoît Labourdette led two photographic creation workshops in the training of the cultural rights local group organisers, within the Paideia programme run by Réseau culture 21 with the Fribourg Observatory of Diversity and Cultural Rights. Invited to depict the power to act in images, the teams mostly photographed prohibitions and the act of crossing them. The account develops what this constant teaches about legitimacy, and about frameworks that authorise: Why the power to act is so often experienced as a transgression. What the agency offers: Training professionals and Supporting cultural policies.
