Official presentation of the MOOC Digital Media Paris
The Higher Professional School of Graphic Arts of the City of Paris (EPSAA), in agreement with his leadership, decided in 2015 to develop an open online training at all, or Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) by seeking the skills and exploiting the resources dedicated to the teaching of digital media already enjoyed his students to expand to a wider public. Thus MOOC EPSAA the City of Paris is for a public initial research training as a wide network of professionals and of course open to all.
Digital cultures and practices are now everyone’s business. They cut across many fields, ranging from visual arts to applied arts to performing arts. Also, moocDigitalMedia.paris the contents are accessible to all. To all those who want to improve their skills by appropriating knowledge inherent to innovative practices that are at the crossroads of networks, video games, interaction design, new images, data visualization, mapping video or in its generative.
We welcome the EPSAA, for ten years already, outsiders at school, at a rate of twenty per year in the field of digital media. We will therefore use this competence network in order to seek the most relevant. Each month the specialist in a field of emerging, innovative practice, will speak on the Mooc Digital Media EPSAA of the City of Paris.
This is Dominique Moulon, Head of Digital Media division of EPSAA, which coordinates the platform.
On this project, the EPSAA working with the research team Art & Flow of ACT UMR CNRS and the MCD association aimed for ten years, inform, promote and support the dissemination of digital culture.
