Process after process, we have built a common base for a contribution platform: a web space where a group writes, during and between sessions, leading to a joint production. This project consists in turning it into a replicable service, deployable in a few days for a consultation, a collective project or the redefinition of an organisation’s overall project.
The need
Organisations that want their teams, networks or audiences to contribute usually have little choice beyond generic tools: shared documents, commercial walls, forms. These tools carry neither the method nor the record. The base we have developed does both: everyone writes freely, contributions are saved as they are written, cross-cutting keywords make the links between them visible, and the whole is editorialised into a publication. The processes carried out with it are recounted on this site: the collaborative assessment of screen literacy education in Nouvelle-Aquitaine (ALCA, twenty professionals, four months, a joint publication in eight chapters), the living museography of the Silo (Enlarging the Silo), the « Media College » platform for Périfééries 2028 (analysis of this experience).
Where we stand
In service, being rolled out. Updated: August 2026. The base exists, with its variations. It has already been replicated: ALCA, after the collaborative assessment, used the platform on its own to redefine its overall project, with all staff contributing, after we passed on the facilitation and synthesis techniques; the Institut pour la photographie in Lille uses it to build up the resources and records of its visual education programme (« Awakening the eye » web platform). The work underway: moving from repeated custom builds to an instance deployable in a few days, with its documentation and the training of the people who will facilitate it.
Taking part
If your organisation has a process that needs the right tools (a consultation, a network project, the overhaul of an institution’s overall project), it can become one of the first deployments of the replicable instance, transfer of methods included. Write to us.
