We are developing an online contribution wall: a space where a group posts texts, images, sounds and videos from a phone or a computer, during a workshop, a consultation, a training course or a participatory project. With sovereign hosting and fine-grained administration, it keeps the contributions for as long as the organisation wishes and returns them in full.
The need
Commercial collaborative walls have become everyday tools for mediation, training and teaching. Contributions are hosted outside Europe, exports are limited, and content becomes inaccessible when the subscription ends: the record of entire processes is lost. Our own practice shows the difference a lasting record makes: in the workshops run with Cultures du Cœur, each participant has a permanent page gathering their creations, and this page plays a real part in the recognition of their identity (Cultural Rights and Digital Technology; listen to the podcast). The contribution platform built for Saint-Denis’s bid showed the same thing across a whole territory (read the analysis). Where we stand
In design. Updated: August 2026. The tool is under development; there is no public prototype yet. We start from the building blocks proven in our previous platforms (multimedia contribution, permanent pages, exports, managed access) and we build it through AI-assisted development, a method we practise daily (To Code or Not to Code ?).
Taking part
We are looking for organisations willing to run a first real-life experiment: a workshop, a consultation, a training course. The needs identified during our collective intelligence videoconference meetings feed directly into the design.
